Delivery

Pre-orders are open with deliveries satrting from 19th November.

Hampers
UK Standard Delivery FREE
Next Day Delivery £9.95

Please note that we only ship to UK addresses.

UK Standard Delivery
All hampers are inclusive of UK Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) with deliveries Mon-Fri. Hampers will be delivered by DPD. Once your package is with DPD they will send you a message via SMS or email with a 1hour delivery slot and tracking number. You then have further options to manage your delivery with DPD.

Next Day Delivery
All hampers have the option to be delivered next day, Mon-Fri, for orders received by 12pm.

Exceptions
Please refer to below for areas that do not qualify for next day delivery or/and may take longer on Standard Delivery.

Mainland – AB31-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, H51-9, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands 

ZeroWater products
ZeroWater products will be delivered directly from ZeroWater (except for 7 cup ZeroWater filter jug included as part of the Magical Disney Christmas Hamper: Pure-tea edition which will come as part of the hamper).

If you order a hamper and a Zerowater product as an additional item, please note that your order will be delivered as 2 separate deliveries.

Returns

Hampers
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Items must be returned to us in their original condition, including any packaging.

Please note, postage and packaging costs will not be refunded, and returns will be at your own cost unless the items returned are faulty or damaged. In these cases we will refund return costs up to the value of £5.

How to return items
For us to deal with your return as quickly as possible please email us at teashop@nationalteaday.co.uk for the appropriate address to return your parcel to and a returns code. Please include the reason you wish to return the product and whether you would like a refund or replacement.

Please note that that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.

We aim to process returned items within 30 days. Refunds will be in the same form as payment originally used for purchase. if you are returning an item received as a gift, the refund can only be given to the original customer.
