Tea Pairing Session 11th July – Royal Lancaster

Tea is the new wine, a versatile, premium beverage able to delight the palates of your diners and bring you increased yield.

It does, however, have a few distinct advantages to wine, it is healthier, can be served all day and has a lower cost base. It has the ability to be an absolutely vital part of your F&B mix so why are you taking it for granted?
